  PRO no car, what about operations manager, is he/she having a car for official duties or not? It's not a big deal if PRO of NRSA doesn't have a car but operations manager has. The two of you can move in one car as and when necessary. If all of you get car, it will be used to attend funerals and run unnecessary errands. No amount of education will change our drivers until strict punishment like banning guilty drivers for life if they don't die in reckless accidents.
