Police and even plain clothes undercover must be used to instill discipline..police can search the kids before class..if students misbehave they must be arrested and charged..teachers must give them chores to do as punishment and if they refuse call police and impossible suspend or dismiss the kids from school..yoùďont need to whip anyone's kids. Ýour job is to teach, instill discipline through punishment and contact police if things get out of hand..no need to convene and talk tall for hours wasting time and taking unnecessary pictures
