Mr Afoko, the NPP may be down now but I wouldn't say that they are entirely out - at least not yet. Vociferously coming out now and not at any other time in the last 9, 7, 4 or 2 years will certainly not help your brothers cause in the still uncompleted case. You should know that the judiciary in this country is extremely politicized and polarized between the two main parties and if you are not lucky, things may not go your way. As you should also know, in the case of our judiciary, it is not a matter of who or what is right or wrong. For them, it is often a matter of who you are and a toss of a coin after many months and sometimes years and decades of convoluted painful time-wasting legalese, that will determine your fate. So please, you are a nice reasonable man so tread carefully for the sake of your brother.
