The medical and dental council should investigate this so called doctor immediately. How did he become a doctor? Being soo dumb i wonder how many innocent patients he has negligently facilitated their demise.
They must investigate him too. This is serious. No qualified medical doctor will be so foolish to enter such a transaction with some "connection man"
