True Story....a Chinese man bumped into me àt a store 6mths ago. I asked him why he did that. He reached and produced a knife and then started getting me in the chest. Wow...I pushed him against the wall and then thought to jump him and gim up. So many people were present. But then I stopped and looked at him lying there on the floor. Right away, this guy jumps up and reaches again into his pocket for the knife to stab me. So I ran away from him. He starts calling me all kinds of names...sadly, no one called the police when he pulled the knife but when I shoved him people started calling police. If I had fought him and police showed up. What do you think woukd have happened? Don't wait for no police involvement. STAY AWAY AND RUN AWAY BEFORE THERE IS ANY FORM OF POLICE INVOLVEMENT. maybe, that's what this guy shoukd have done. Run away from his attacker. Had he done that he wouldn't be arrested or confined to prison all these years

I hope that the president will take things a step futher get the justice system overhauled so that people do not end up in prison serving very long prison terms for relatively trivial offences.

It's good to have his freedom but his freedom will come with more pain. At present, he has spent over 70% of his life in prison. Can he locate where he last lived? How many family members and friends he left behind live today? At 21, was he married and had children? If yes, where are they and what life did they lead without fatherly care. The best job for this man now is to contact an NGO and share his story with the youth.

Now that is murder right there. It does NOT MATTER whether he was being chased with a bottle or a knife. The person with the bottle tried to stab him but did not stab him. Even if he did it in self defense, his response was too excessive NOT moderate force. So he committed murder. He should thank God and the President for his freedom now.
