The most important or significant achievement is to propose that Parliament makes laws to abolish the practice of political appointments and ensure that all top officials in government will be elected by votes, instead of appointed and used for corruption, theft and conspiracies or covered up in some wrongdoings. This is bring you more respect by honesty, integrity and accountability, because government belongs to all citizens who must also have the chance to serve in top positions without any form of limitations of discrimination.

The practice of Political Appointments is discriminatory, deceptive, non-democratic, anti-democracy, threat-to-democracy, conspiring, corruptive and failure-rooted. It looks like most people in politics are criminal gangs whose intents is to enslave their citizens due to the high level of ignorance in the masses or simply, most people in Africa, especially, most people of Ghana are still fools with only a few people of wisdom and honestly to understand all that I keep reporting.

Over 90% of the people in Ghana do not really understand what is government. They think that government is those few corrupt politicians who never lift up society or any group of gangs who have won power by votes as winner takes all to enrich their pockets and silence everyone who do not belong to their party. The poverty and failure in Ghana is merely due to ignorance, not illiteracy, because there are millions of highly educated Ghanaians who cannot understand all I keep saying or be able to reason with me or come close to what is good for Ghana but will try to challenge me when I start pointing out the truth and what is needed such as abolishing the practice of political appointments and ensuring that all top officials in government are elected by votes to create Government Of Expertise (GOE) for quick progress rather than using Government Of Appointees (GOA) to destroy progress and create cycles of poverty.

Most Ghanaians have lost their conscience, integrity, honesty, intelligence, trust and most of the good human attributes, because they know that political appointments is not good for Ghana but a treat to democracy but they will never be bold or honest to say it, possibly due to fear, naivety or foolishness, but will complain, when IGP is removed or replaced, when CJ is removed or replaced, when EC is removed or replaced. It is like even if you are the best by performance in government, you must be removed or replaced by the new government. Mostly, these practices tend to destroy any good initiatives started by the various opponent appointees with waste of resources. There over 100 reasons why the practice of political appointments is a threat to progress in Ghana, Africa and almost all poor nations. I can justify with enough reasons and solid evidences that no one can dispute. Ignorance is the most dangerous disease in Africa, especially, in Ghana, where most of the ignorant people with high education try to blame their ignorance on people with less or no education who are not the problem, because they trust the highly educated ones who cannot solve problems due to their ignorance, selfishness, greed, arrogance, ego, and resistance to ideas etc.

Talk behave but you must equally respect the right of and opinion of others.
Ghana Constituion in Article 12(1) guarantee freedom of speech as a fundamental human right
but at the same time there is a caveat in Article12 (2)
. Every person in Ghana, whatever his race, place of origin, political opinion, colour, religion, creed or gender shall be entitled to the fundamental human rights and freedoms of the individual contained in this Chapter but SUBJECT to respect for the rights and freedoms of others and for the public interest.
This is where the challenge is do we respect the right and freedom of others?
If the law is curing this and those cyber criminals Identity theft scammers fraudsters who won't work hard but scheme to get others swindled so be it I equally feel every sim card sold to someone must be linked to his Ghana Card to stop these madness!!
