  The need for gutters by all roads in residential areas is really important for sanitation to be effective. Stagnant waste water from homes by the wayside filled with plastic bags is such an eyesore!!! It creates breeding places for mosquitoes and even cholera. Let these MMDEC's be responsible for it plus the use of DRIP machines for the district road building programme. Nice gutters with asphalt roads everywhere will really transform Ghana from a dirty shithole country to a very nice country and this is achievable like in the advance countries. Let's do it and stop lazying about!!! Part of the 24 hour economy initiative Mr President!!!
