The lecture is on going almost every year but no action to implement. The talk is not helping take action if you know what can help Africa.

African politicians have theoretical sense but absolute practical nonsense.....Zuma is like the many African leaders,who are good at giving amazing speeches but lack integrity,dignity and intelligence(home sense).
