It is disheartening that some people feel emboldened with guns to go from village to village to simply murder innocent people have no skin in the conflict simply because of their ethnic grouping. Everyone in the security and government knows the main perpetrators of this conflict and yet no arrests have been made so far . The chiefs are the biggest problem in this matter because they engage in double sale of lands with disgusting impunity.
