The man is a certified clown. NPP ankasa, most of them are fools and Kennedy Agyapong has openly said it.
This man is noted for saying stupid things, just ignore him. He is like everything wrong with most of our leaders in this country.
What I want to know is that who are the people who voted for such a person to win a seat in parliament? They are the ones who should be blamed.
