  Ghanaians are no more stubborn than other nationals. When they travel round the world they obey law and order wherever they go. So it is Ghanaian authorities and law enforcers who are weak. They do not enforce law and order as they should and as happens in other jurisdictions. That is where the problem lies and that is the difference.
