How can Torkornoo know the ramification of the claim of her constitutional rights being abused when she ruled that the Birth Certificate isn't a proof of citizenship but a holder of the Ghanaian passport is whereas, one can only acquire a Ghanaian passport using the same Birth Certificate she rejected. So her understanding and logic of the law leaves much to desire. I'm struggling to understand how she rose to become a CJ.
