The Constitution demands that she must be neutral regardless of who appointed her. But that was not the case. I can recall not less than 10 cases. Gertrude abused her office beyond imagination. She did the bidding of Akuffo Addo, Afenyo Markins and NPP at large. Even at a point, then national security minister, Albert Kan-Dapaah was concerned and warned/cautioned government about the glaring interference. Her demeanor and posture was too obvious. How quickly she organises the apex court over cases Npp have interest in. Her politically tainted infamous statement "The law is the law" etc.
This should serve as warning to future occupants. That CJ's office demands high level of integrity and neutrality. Okukuseku!
