  Blame the Minerals Commission for allowing people to destroy our forest reserves farmlands and water bodies without any reclamation measures. How can anyone go to forest reserves with excavators and destroy the forest reserves without reclamation in the name of small scale mining in Ghana?

  Who are you to ask the pompous oaf what has changed since 2024 when the NDC was jumping up and down and carrying on and insisting that the NPP government should declare a state of emergency by yesterday?
  Who is going to point out to the pompous oaf that the galamsey fight is not just a sprint but a super-sprint!?
  Where is this all going to end?

  I only sympathise with innocent victims involved but not galamseyers. They dug their own grave so no tears for them. I wish the earth bury them one by one till the last galamseyer is gone so that our farm lands, forests, food and cash crops and the river bodies survive for posterity. Ghana's future is very bleak due to galamsey activities. Is it true that rivers are spirits? I don't believe it bcos it's widely believed that rivers are spiritual beings and for that matter, drivers who holds that believe will blow their horns when crossing a bridge. Otherwise, the vehicle will be involved in an accident and if so why the rivers are being destroyed by galamseyers and nothing is happening to them physically or spiritually? It's a myth indeed. Suspicion is killing us too much in Africa.
