  A similar situation happened to my brother. A lady demanded a share of his bonus and when he refused, she removed him from the payroll. He went unpaid for nearly 15 months—until we finally escalated the issue to the regional minister at the time. This isn’t an isolated case; it happens more often than people realize. That’s why something must change. Perhaps it’s time we reconsider whether one person should have the sole authority to remove someone from payroll.

  Hon Minister, deal firmly repeat firmly with self seeking employees who will take actions to make NDC government unpopular. Unlawful suspension of an employee's salary is a crime against humanity.
