This sports stadium and the Accra Sports Stadium should have been modified and or rebuilt as a world-class sports complex by today.
Ghana, is still unable to brag about ,at least, one world class stadium. And we must be ashamed.
We are rather heavily investing in presidential jets, 50-car presidential convoys, parliamentary car loans and hefty allowances, ex-gratia lootings, GETFund lootings, whilst we cannot upgrade one, just one, sports arena into a competitive world class standards befitting our sports international image. It is a big, big, shame and disappointment.
