  The Government and Elders should call for the beefing up of Police presence and asking the Police to ask for the Military for reinforcements to beef up security and maintain law and order. Yes, when there are many Armed Police Officers and Military Personnel, let the fools among the people in the community fool around and see what will happen to them.
