The fact that this man, who is now in jail, gave it up to the US authorities as restitution for his crime, means that the car still belonged to him. It was never sold to Shatta Wale, and that is why Shatta doesn't have a shred of documentation to show ownership. How and why the car was in Shatta Wale's possession, we don't know, but it was still Amuah's car before being seized by the FBI.

Shatta should just come clean and say he bought this vehicle legitimately without knowing how it was acquired and ended in Ghana. You just don't spend 150k usd without making sure what you are buying. His lawyer will help him extricate himself but he will have to kiss goodbye to that money. Obviously Shatta has a lot of money so it's won't harm him that much.
