  Foolish idiot, the money you were taking before was because of the Cedi stupidity which was using to Rob Ghanian citizens at the Port Tru Bad past government so what you are receiving now is correct and therefore you are not loosing any Revenue so please use your brains to understand how it works and stop stealing from Ghanian citizens at the Port.

Why must u have a port in Ghana which the currency is in cedis but the port charges in dollars..Ghana would have been better place if there were no politicians hovering the country..it seems he is even not happy the cedi is doing well..imagine such a person as a leader..

  Is there a math teacher online? How would you lose 30% in Ghana. Surely it would be 30% gain if the cedi is stronger. One dollar only buys ten cedis instead of sixteen.

  The US has to pay more dollars to purchase the same value of cedis. For example If something cost 1000ghc, it would have been $62.50 to buy it if it was sixteen cedis to the dollar. The same 1000ghc item would cost $100 if the rate is ten cedis to one dollar.
  
  I am not commenting on the politics, rights or wrongs. I just want somebody to clarify the maths.
  
  My one additional comment is that the "loss", only occurs if you trade in dollars, are now . The practice of trading in a foreign currency in your own country is widespread in the "third world ". To truly have a strong currency you need to stop foreign currency.
