  This situation is not difficult to prevent. The GRA, in collaboration with EOCO, should ensure that before any duty is paid on a vehicle at the port, it is first verified as legitimate and not stolen. It is that simple

Are you saying that it is okay for Ghana to be the dumping grounds for stolen vehicles? I bet you understand the diplomatic implications of Ghana doing nothing about its citizens stealing vehicles from other countries. It is folks like you that make it almost impossible to fight corruption in Ghana. If you can see this as a waste of resources, then I bet you see nothing wrong with our leadership stealing in so far as they give a cut.

Do you even hear yourself? That kind of thinking is exactly why our priorities are upside down. Instead of demanding accountability from the countries that can track every single phone call, satellite image, and financial transaction, you’re comfortable throwing the bill at ordinary Ghanaians struggling to survive.   Let the western countries tackle their own issues because they come to Africa to steal and still defend it.Why are they trying to overthrow Ibrahim Traore who is helping his country over 25 times,that’s what the west are known for. They always have to destroy Africa country by any means necessary but not this time around. They have the tools and resources to fight those gangs before the car being shipped out of their country.They can only complain about Ghana because Nigerian government has told them to secure their borders but they can’t go into Nigeria to look for any stolen vehicles.
