This imbalance undermines inclusive growth, discourages Labour motivation, and perpetuates a cycle where wealth concentrates among elites while the majority remain economically stagnant. It's a structural injustice which needs to be addressed urgently by all rational people who genuinely have the developmental interest of mother Ghana.
