Look at Kumasi, the place is very dirty, and we have made funerals the priority/center of our lives. Five thousand years ago, the Egyptians were obsessed with the death that they preserved their dead and buried them with gold and precious metals, thinking that their ancestors would have life after death. Today, their preserved dead bodies are in museums, and Egypt is a third world country.

In the USA and other first world countries, High school students are coming up with the next generation of Microsoft, Amazon, Google etc…, they are researching for the cure of diseases, and we’re waisting our precious time and money on funeral, but when our leaders get sick, they board a plane to the first world countries for medical treatment and care. There’s something fundamentally wrong with this thinking/ attitude.

Freedom of movement is a constitutional right of everyone in Ghana and therefore anyone pronouncing against it must be arrested and prosecuted, particularly, where it is threatening death to citizens who exercise their constitutional right to freedom of movement. All this is going on because the Chief of Asante, Kweku Dua is trying to usurp the power of the Republic of Ghana, as if he is above the Executive President of Ghana, like the Queen of England now the King of England. He is living in delusion because Ghana is a Republic and not a Monarchy belonging to some Asante tribal bigots, tribalistic uncivilised savages incapable of understanding the modern civilised dispensation of the 21st Century. They want to sent us back to the 18th Century where they were capturing fellow Ghanaians and selling them to as slaves to their masters, the white man, who always praise them as superior to other tribes in Ghana and therefore dividing us Africans, which the white man wants, so they can control us, as a disunited Africans. It is obvious from the comments that there is a dissatisfaction among many Ghanaians of the increasing influence of the Asantehene over national affairs and the constitution of our motherland. I hope President John Mahama and his team will read the comments written in connection with the directives from Manhyia. It is obvious from the comments that there is a dissatisfaction among many Ghanaians of the increasing influence of the Asantehene over national affairs and his flagrant disrespect of the constitution of our motherland. We hope the President will have a one-to-one conversation with the Asantehene and let him understand the limitations of his powers. Ghana is a republic and not a monarchical state.
