He he he I laugh enter FSHS. Was it removed because of the gramatical error or wrong location. Tertiary was spelt Tartiary.

Just removing the bill boards amount to slap on the wrist. The owners must be identified, named, shamed and punished heavily. Only these or more stringent steps will deter others from not following bad practices.
