  And how much does the Government spend on Scholarships to educate its Dumb followers in the Western World. Can Rawlings, Asiedu Nketsia, Mahama, and Akuffo Addo answer this simple question. Politicians in Ghana are spending Millions of Dollars (USA) on family members, Party members and concubines to study in the Western World while the poor study and languish in poverty. This is extremely sad, bad, and horribly shameful.
