What about Ibrahim Kanawu and Oheneba Boamah Bernie who were convicted and jailed at Nsawam for so-called insults on Nana Addo? Why are lawyers and the GBA as an entity operating at the same level of indifference and ignorance as journalists and the GJA?

A broadcaster who knowingly provides false information to the public and then run to hide in another community away from his known residence is not a person that can be trusted by the courts and government period. Wontumi, the owner and operator of the radio stations where illiterate people prefer to spew their garbage did not work for his wealth. Losing some of his wealth if he loses his bond money because of a no-show by his employee is not much of a loss.

The judge has a duty to protect communities across Ghana and he did; he saw through the bullshit the idiot at the center of misinformation was dishing. Perhaps Wontumi can tell listeners who he was hoping to come save him when he was detained for questioning and he decided to cry like the bitch he is.
