Old wine in a new bottle. Recycling the same group of people within the party will not help the party. The mentality is the problem. Calling the party an Ashanti party, the violence, the lies, undermining any government they are not part of, corruption, stealing of government resources and abandoning their duty to serve the nation rather than to be served. Until the party becomes a national rather than a regional party, and until it shows that it has better, alternative policies, no serious Ghanaian will take them seriously. How many times has Bawumia and the party lied and inflated things? No one is calling on the party’s supporters to stop the disgraceful insults on the government and on Mahama. Just listen to what the NPP says and judge if they have anything good for the future of the country.

Let me be very clear, if you bring that guy you’ll lose again. He was with Nana Addo when he plunged the country into a ditch. You’re now looking for him to come and do what? On what occasion do you see a man that was part of a government that sent our currency into a deep decline, just to then blame everyone but himself. He doesn’t take responsibility, ownership, follow through with his big promises, arrest the dollar and give the key to the igp, tell us cape coast has a port, airport and to crown it; tells us his proudest thing is building the pualugu dam which didn’t even exist.
