Some of them just know to steal from the nation’s coffers without being caught. I’m an independent in Ghanaian politics, and Oppong Nkrumah did not need a PhD to be a skilled, smart communicator that he was. In fact, having a phd does not make one smarter than someone with a bachelor’s. Aseidu Nketia has no phd, but he is the smartest politician in NDC, as good as any. For her to bring this up connotes a lack of confidence, and low self-esteem; which having a phd could not remedy. More importantly, not every phd recipient earned it legitimately. Her notion of phd is supreme is personally pathetic.

That guy has been tolerated and been given too much credit for nothing he’s accomplished. In 2022 I listened to this same Oppong Nkrumah and Ato Forson and the difference was so clear that Oppong Nkrumah is not a learned person.If these are the caliber of people leading the NPP then I’m not surprised why they struggled in government and still struggling in opposition.
