OFFICIAL FORENSIC FINDINGS: GAF HELICOPTER CRASH (6 AUG 2025)
GAF Z-9 (Tail No. GAF-724) lost radar contact at 09:21 GMT, 6 Aug 2025.

As a cybersecurity and forensic analyst committed to truth and justice, I've conducted an exhaustive, independent investigation into the tragic Obuasi crash, and can confirm the cause of the crash that killed 8 heroes. After rigorous investigation, we confirm the tragic loss of eight Ghanaian heroes resulted from catastrophic structural failure of the main rotor hub as weather alone did not cause this crash. Microburst was catalyst, not cause. An airworthy rotor would’ve survived. Undetected fatigue cracks missed due to falsified maintenance logs which caused rotor separation when severe microburst turbulence (72-knot or 83 mph/133 km/h downdraft was recorded at 09:33 GMT) struck near Obuasi. Maintenance Log was altered with a falsified entry which read Rotor hub: 100% operational. The vibration was so critical that the Log Report wanted it GROUNDED IMMEDIATELY on 4 Aug 2025. An encrypted GAF Comms Base Cdr: Overrule technician. Minister expects Obuasi on schedule. on 5 Aug 2025

Black box telemetry shows rotor RPM surging to 112% before disintegration. Critical evidence proves safety warnings were overruled for operational expediency. Maintenance logs fraudulently declared the aircraft 100% operational despite technicians urgent grounding orders.

Accountability is non-negotiable. We demand prosecution of the GAF Maintenance Chief for log falsification and the Operations Director for gross negligence. Reforms must follow for real-time blockchain maintenance ledgers and protected whistleblower channels.

Your reasoning is so warped beyond comprehension. And that’s what the NDC is good at. Peddling of lies, unconfirmed and unscientific informations to hoodwink their narrow minded followers like your pathetic self . On what basis is that shallow minded of a so called minister divulging her claims? Has any satellite images or the excerpts of the black box suggested that the chopper was blasted midair?

This is just one of the most ridiculous claims that such a person of a higher public position could ever made. What a numbskull and knucklehead of a minister!

I mean where did she get that information from? This is just as stupid as it can be. A whole minister of state making such unfounded and non scientific claims in matters of such magnitude?

That woman should be ashamed of herself. I don’t blame her! I know that in the coming days the NDC propaganda machinery would resort numerous claims of this kind to avert public embarrassment and resentments. Let me tell you blatantly that if there’s any iota of truth in what that woman is saying, or even if there should be any evidence from the black box that may bolster her claims, the NDC shouldn’t look beyond their own shoulders because as far as I’m concerned Omane Boama must also be nursing a presidential ambition. So just as stupid as Nkrumaist propaganda machinery blamed Nkrumah’s assassinations attempts on the UP ( United Party) whilst every investigation suggested otherwise, so is the NDC now trying to shift blames on their own internal political rifts and imminent power grabbing after John Cribo Mahama’s term of office comes to a close. All the flimsy stuffs that we heard — “that Mahama was scheduled to speak at the Obuase function and that he was invited by his church bla-bla- bla are all cooked up Mahama and his NDC propaganda machinery to court public sympathy.

There is an Akan adage that goes like this: “every executioner or murderer is afraid to lie on the supine position”. And “Just as the tail of the cow didn’t last on its anus, so wouldn’t it last in the hands of the fetish priest” - that’s another Alan adage. Mahama is even afraid of his own shadow right now — considering the sudden and the unexplained death of his predecessor President Atta Mills. I SHALL RETURN!

Any patriotic citizen who had such intel by scientific or spiritual means would have advised that the helicopter be grounded and those officials would have been transported by road, just like other ministers did, to save lives. Unless the so-called spiritual guidance came with conditions attached. So, stop it. Was it a must to go there by helicopter? Was the faulty helicopter the only one GAF has. Death is inevitable, but those nasty blunders were certainly avoidable.

This is just one of the most ridiculous claims that such a person of a higher public position could ever made. What a numbskull and knucklehead of a minister!

I mean where did she get that information from? This is just as stupid as it can be. A whole minister of state making such unfounded and non scientific claims in matters of such magnitude?

That woman should be ashamed of herself. I don’t blame her! I know that in the coming days the NDC propaganda machinery would resort numerous claims of this kind to avert public embarrassment and resentments. Let me tell you blatantly that if there’s any iota of truth in what that woman is saying, or even if there should be any evidence from the black box that may bolster her claims, the NDC shouldn’t look beyond their own shoulders because as far as I’m concerned Omane Boama must also be nursing a presidential ambition. So just as stupid as Nkrumaist propaganda machinery blamed Nkrumah’s assassinations attempts on the UP ( United Party) whilst every investigation suggested otherwise, so is the NDC now trying to shift blames on their own internal political rifts and imminent power grabbing after John Cribo Mahama’s term of office comes to a close. All the flimsy stuffs that we heard — “that Mahama was scheduled to speak at the Obuase function and that he was invited by his church bla-bla- bla are all cooked up Mahama and his NDC propaganda machinery to court public sympathy.

There is an Akan adage that goes like this: “every executioner or murderer is afraid to lie on the supine position”. And “Just as the tail of the cow didn’t last on its anus, so wouldn’t it last in the hands of the fetish priest” - that’s another Alan adage. The aircraft has fuel so any impact can result in fire. Even impacts of car crashes often end up in fires like the recent accident that killed the Liverpool footballer. The fact that there was fire doe not been the cause of the crash was due to a blast; rather it may be the crash the resulted in the fire. So, madam just shut up and let us all wait for the outcome of the investigation.

As for fires in crashes — yes, it can catch fire, but not always. Here’s why:

Jet fuel is less volatile than gasoline — it needs higher temperatures to ignite, so it’s safer than car fuel under normal handling.

In a crash, though, fuel tanks can rupture, and if there’s heat, sparks, or hot engine/turbine parts nearby, the spilled fuel can ignite.

Many modern helicopters have crash-resistant fuel systems to minimize leaks and reduce post-crash fires, but they’re not foolproof.

So, the image of helicopters always exploding in movies is exaggerated — but if the crash is severe enough, fire is a real risk.

Inasmuch as what you are saying could be true in air tragedies, this accident occurred on a hill therefore, it's not surprising that the occupants were found at different locations. If the aircraft had crashed on a level ground, then the bodies wouldn't have been scattered and also there were trees on the hill so definitely the chances of bodies scattering is high. Anyway, whether it was blasted or crashed, there was aircraft or a helicopter accident and where the bodies were found don't come in at all. The helicopter hit some trees before it crashed on the ground and by so doing, it's possible some of the occupants might have dropped off from the helicopter before it crashed on the ground. I don't know why she came out with that statement as it's neither here nor there.

My question is what caused the copper to drop from an attitude of 5000ft to 1000 and 800 befor hitting trees and crashing. Two or more things occurred.1 the rotor might develop a major problem casusing it the drop from 5000ft. 2.both consul develop a problem preventing the copper from maintaining heights..Did the passenger's on board requested a decrease in attitude from the pilot, which might cause the copper from lifting up again. When the copper develop a problem, what information did the pilots communicate to the control tower in Accra and Kumasi before saying "May day May day"..People say the pilot had 11 years of experience, but in flying terms, it's hours that count( 23000- 16000- 7000 hurs of flying) not number of years...I thing the black box will reveal alot information..my humble opinion..May they're soul RIP.
