The accident happened a day after announcing cocoa price and the helicopter landed on a cocoa farm. The remains of the deceased were conveyed in cocoa sacks (instead of body bags) carried on the heads of cocoa farmers i(nstead of the police) to the nearest hearse

The Air Force supervisors should have allowed him to fly due to a report that he had lost two of his brothers in less than a month or so in the USA less than a month or so ago. Does the Army not have a policy of allowing family members a period to grieve when they lose family members? Losing 2 family members like that may even trigger suicidal tendency in some people.
