  Hon President,daddy lumba isnt forgotten. This sort of death claiming 8 persons on a national assignment has never happened in the history of our country. Daddy lumba died in a hospital through illness , but these deaths were sudden and horrific. A death where the kindest of souls were cremated by the crash fire without recognition. I hope you will find a place in your questioning heart to understand and reflect on reasons why this has taken over our nation. Every soul and citizen matters but this is beyond measure. I hope our emergency services, security agencies ,government, paramedic will all unite under one umbrella to learn from mistakes madeand how we as a country can improve on our search and rescue operations in the future. Surely there must be protocols in place to be followed when an air goes missing off radar. Expects can find out from the ladt siting and possible route to detail immediate search and rescue operation to track the aircraft. Was that done? Who failed in their duties, was it deliberate? Lets find out and learn.
