There is no need for John Mahama to relaunch a program that is already in place, and the funny thing is, when Mahama was president right after Mills died, he never thought of anything like "Community Mining Program" till Nana and NPP came to power and launch the program.
Mahama sent these people to their untimely death because, he cannot think deep enough, and the best he does is to "COPY" what other have done, and this is the end result.
