These arrested men, in my personal opinion they must be used on Government Plantation Farms as they serve their individual sentences than to keeping them doing nothing and spending the Tax payer's money feeding them for nothing. There are so many options to using them. While also affording them some kind of means to learn some profession work to integrate them thereafter.
