Please no more of state establishing factories. Even Russia and China are abandoning this practice or policy. If we have lost money so be it. In Ghana no state institution seems to be working, not even ECG, COCOBOARD, We had Ghana Airways, hotels etc. Where are they? No more committees to look into things. We are wasting our limited resources. Freed them up to become more innovative, think outside the box, be more pragmatic. We have only 4 years to rule. Not much time baby.
