  Inclusivity ?? and yet the minister chooses or is encouraged to answer questions in Twi and in no other language? There is a substantial majority of people who do not speak Twi in the country, and it seems the ministers at this presentation, and more generally at other times of interaction with the citizens, choose to be blind to this fact! You can't preach inclusivity, and in the next breadth, completely disregard the millions of non-Twi speakers who also have a right to be informed. Sticking with the lingua franca will at least reach most of the people.
