The farmer is only seeing an increase of 4.15% of the purchase price of 64kg bag of cocoa by the government. Moving it from GHc 3,100.00 to GHc3,228.75 is a deception on the part of a government who promised the farmers of moving a bag of cocoa from GHc3,100 to GHc6,000.00.
