The late Daddy Lumba was proud about his Ghanaian heritage and despite the fact that he achieved a lot in Germany, he finally decided to come back home to settle down when he could still have lived an opulent lifestyle in Germany . His pride to be an Asante and a Ghanaian went as far as getting married to women of his own tribe so that his children will come back to his roots . Most Ghanaian men who succeed abroad tend to marry white women to identify with that imaginary class of opulence but Lumba stuck to his roots even though he could have also gotten married to a white . That was so admirable of him . Ghana is proud to have a true son in Lumba and he will be missed by all.
