Aduboahene, a very senior and assumed experienced Intelligence officer, carried out DUE DILIGENCE and discovered nothing untoward.
Brobbey's first port of call should be the person he bought the vehicle from
Did Brobbey and the person he bought the vehicle from carry out due diligence and did not discover that the vehicle was stolen?
Brobbey, the person he bought the vehicle from and Aduboahene, all three, carried out due diligence but did not discover the that the vehicle was stolen
THEN the system that discovered the theft should publish the EXTRA method that was used in order that Ghanaians could include it in carrying out due diligence
Or was the status of the vehicle known to the three but factored into the transaction?

Brobbey would be doing his image a better damage control if he publishes the source, cost of purchase and sale by him
