What I know is that, whether the case will go to court or not depends largely on the findings. If it becomes prosecutable, the OSP will take it from there if not, OSP will drop it. Even going to court doesn't mean that the suspect is guilty until the court finds the suspect guilty.

On Newsfile today all the panelists were united in condemning the contract as a big scandal. Pls let’s be serious and arrest all those involved. No one is above the law in Ghana.
