    Awarding of foreign scholarships should be banned! Especially at the undergraduate levels. Foreign scholarships should be allocated at the masters level; and even with that I suggest it should be institution based. Here, well ...

    Same ban should be on politicians receiving medical attentions overseas , if our hospitals are fully equipped the Ghanaian doctors can deliver a lot .
