This man is talking as if four years is a thousand year on the political field. They will be talking till 2028 then blame all than their stupid self. You have been given the road minister's position and all he does it to talk as if he was a communication minister.
The days when people could not see are long gone and whether roads in Ghana are good or bad, the people have eyes.

Where are the roads built in the NDC green book , you see the results of your propaganda whom were you fooling at that time, forgotten that you also live in the country. This is a national issue and we need collective effort to tackle it and if you make it politics as usual we will never achieve any results. 30 years now Accra to Kumasi road is still under construction including Accra Takoradi and Accra to Togo road. All we know is to buy houses and expensive cars without better roads to drive on few years later you park the cars due to spare parts. What kind of people are we.

That is the fact, but please ensure before his H.E. JDM tenure we see an improvement. No excuses will be tolerated. Fix our Afianya junction to Dodowa, Apam Junction to Kasoa, dualized the Tema motorway to Tsopoli.

Yes, we are doing or engaging in the usual partisan politics but, we must be truthful for once. In NDC's Green Book, John Mahama constructed the Eastern Corridor Road, which was a lie, but most Ghanaians believed it. Now, do you hear him talking about the same Eastern Corridor Road again so, what about the same man telling Ghanaians that he constructed that road when he was in office from 2012-16?

And this so-called Minister's idle talk fixes them?
It's very stupid to see them complaining about all and sundry, yet clueless about fixes.

THE ROADS AND HIGHWAYS STORY
Construction and reconstruction. Surfacing and resurfacing. Then the rains come and everything washes away.
All along the foreign exchange earnings pour in from the exports of the diamonds, gold, bauxite, manganese, oil and gas. These natural resources are gradually diminishing.
Ghana mined all the diamonds from Akwatia in the Eastern Region. Rains washed away all the roads that Ghana made with the diamonds money.
As usual "the conditions of the roads in the country are nothing to be proud of". But it is commonsense that Ghana must have durable roads that can withstand the heavy rains and the wear/tear of heavy trucks.
Of course the answers must come from the combined efforts of:
1. Ghana Highway Authority
2. Ghana Road Research Institute
3. University of Science and Technology
4. Ghana Soil Reseach Institute
However the Roads and Highway Minister is lamenting like the previous ministers. Who does not know that Roads/highways that last long in Ghana must have the specific durability suitable for the climatic and soil conditions of Ghana? Road contractors shall then provide the roads and highways that meet those specifics.
Otherwise, piece by piece we shall mine our minerals and rains after rains our roads and highways shall wash away.
