Previous NDC government established a University of environmental sciences in Somanya, not far from Osudoku district, yet you are requesting or appealing for another university establishment between less than 10 - 15 kilometers apart. Are you serious as a DCE ?? You are already a failure. You don't understand anything in terms of politics. Prez has to sack you.

  The district needs jobs to curb the high rate of unemployment in the area.There are many developmental projects at various stages of completion in the district but have to stall due to fight on land and non-natives/non Ghanaians laying claims to access road.I pray the assembly to intervene and solve those issues ASAP.We need jobs in order to survive.No Ghanaian or even non-Ghanaian businesses deserve to be denied access roads.

  Before, VRA established rice farming in the district after Akuse dam came into being. Today, that project which employed many in the district lost their earnings because of the collapse of the project. The late Prez Rawlings had farm in the district before, which employed many people then. Your job is to focus on job creation which would benefit larger communities than few employment into what you are advocating for - thus agricultural university, that will benefit few. What has happened to University of Ghana school of agric at Kong ??Think out of the box.

  We don't need an Agricultural University, we have enough of that. What is needed is the resources to farm, easy land acquisition,seed and others. Of course people who are also willing to farm
