  A parrot is a bird that mimics humans in terms of speaking, but it is a bird. Yes, and that is NDC. NDC is a political party on paper, and that is what they are.
  
  Under NDC, NHIS collapsed to be revived by NPP. Under NDC, they could not buy common ambulances, but NPP. I am challenging NDC to come out with the kilometers of roads they constructed from 2012-16 as compared to NPP.
  
  By 2028, they will be telling Ghanaians that Ghana is now a paradise nation in a book called Yellow.

  Pls remember to construct Golokuati to Hohoe road , it's too terrible. You have to passed through Fodome before going to Hohoe, that side too is getting bad. Pls help.
