Service to the people is the function of the Civil Service. Customer satisfaction is the proof for the quality of the service delivery. Things should not have fallen apart at the Washington DC Embassy with the change in government NPP/NDC. Surprisingly it did. The proof of the quality of service still lies in customer satisfaction. All is well when the customer is satisfied.

1. Why did the Minister of Foreign Affairs (or his team of investigators) talk to only the staff at the Embassy who caused all these problems. No one talked to the Ghanaian community leaders such as the Council of Ghanaian Associations in DC (COGA) to identify the real problems at the Embassy in addition to the passport and Visa issues. The appropriate staff at the Embassy have our contact information.

2. Why do some Ghanaians have to pay $49 or more for someone to delivery their passports to the when it will cost them about $20 (even less with public transportation) to pick up the passports themselves.

3. Why does the Embassy staff not response to problems that we at COGA receive from our constituencies in DC and throughout the whole US that are passed on to them.

4. Why can't Ghanaians enter their own Embassy but have to wait outside the Embassy gate for hours before being allowed inside to a crowded waiting room.

5. Why does the staff fell that they are doing Ghanaians a favor when they address the problems brought to their attention.

The problems at the Embassy are not limited to passport and visa issues only and real changes with be meaningless unless they address the root causes of passport, visa, and other problems at the Embassy.

Whatever it is, it's supposed to work, but due to blackman mentalities like corruption, self-centered, bribery, lobbying, extortion, cronyism, nepotism, parochialism, patronage, influence peddling, graft, and embezzlement. nothing works!
Even with the so-called leaders meeting, nothing will work. Is it not the same leader who helped the system be abused?

Even those with other tribes names are half EWES and half other tribes (50/50) Example is Alfred Mensah is 100% EWE but if you don’t you will see him as an Akan but in reality his NOT.
He also brought someone who was fraudulent to the embassy who was forced to refund the fraudulent transaction and was sent back to Ghana from the New York consulate. This was revealed in Ghana parliament.

The cost of returning passports is paid to courier service providers not to the embassy. Okudzeto needs to understand embassy operations before acting like a fkn gangster
