Is a naturalized Ghanaian not a Ghanaian? Is there any law that states that a naturalized Ghanaian can't serve as an ambassador for Ghana?

Kojo Choi is not a naturalized Ghanaian. JM withdraw his nomination. This appointment is unconstitutional and does not bode well for Ghana.
