  We have all these awards and yet the customer service and the quality of our civil service is nothing to write home about. We have one of the most corrupt civil servants in the world. No wonder international businesses are hesitant to invest in Ghana due to the frustrations encountered when trying to register their businesses. The dishonesty in our civil service has led to thousands of ghost names on the payrolls across the country. With these shortfalls in mind I wonder what these heads have accomplished to deserve an award.
