He alleged that he first discussed his plan with the of the accused persons before he applied the nolle prosequi. This is not right, whether legal or moral. This is shameful.

Later when you win power and you go to court without evidence, how do you win the case? All those involved in the banking crisis were guilty, but NDC being made up of thieves has decided to let them go scot-free. Crime has no expiry date. The NPP will revisit those case in the very near future.
