Any teacher who tries to oppose him is either antagonised or cause your transfer. Eg. In his first year, the senior Housemistress and 3 House Mistresses were relieved of their position and eventually sought transfer. The chaplain was transferred.
The sad thing is that the school is a Methodist mission school whose leadership upon several complaints have done nothing about it. Some of the bishops have compromised by accepting goodies esp FSHS foods. This is no secret in bekwai. GES is a scam!
