It’s easy to know the ghosts names and those behind it. Look at the percentage of every tribe in government employment list and where they are from and their political affiliation and you can understand why it has become difficult for governments to deal with them.
In Ghana about 2 or 3 tribes are dominating the government employment list these people have fake documents, over age, organize crime and now replacing themselves with their children and relatives. All the politicians because of their selfish interests are unable to address this problem.
Let go back to the 60s all appointments and cvs that was used for jobs must be checked and computerized, because of the corrupt nature of Ghanaians we should bring a foreign company to undertake this exercise , we clean every ghost name and fake documentation to make our system fresh for better use because as it stands Ghana as a nation is just joking.
We need a strong arm to control the affairs not NDC and Npp who are just twince.

The Finance Minister is quoting a so-called report from Audit Service,he should be careful,the politicians do not criticize or call the Audit Service to order because they may target them that is why despite the NDC’s high octane propaganda about the NSA ghost names saga, no mention of Audit Service has been made,this NSA alleged ghost names saga was perpetrated over several years, was NSA not audited and why was the fraud not discovered until now?Clearly the Auditor General has questions to answer before Parliament but who will call him?
