This was a scam engineered by BP Ghana for the benefit of Bumpty Akuffo-Addo. They created an artificial/non existent “emergency” which was used as a basis to allow BP to bring in products at an inflated price. All the details are hiding with NPA. The whole of Ghana is a crime scene and now the criminals are becoming emboldened and have the audacity to talk about reputation.
