Another foolish , stupid decision by a useless and visionles Government being revisited.Ask yourself stupid Opare Addo what is the PURPOSE of sending Ghanaians abroad to study? When you answer that question objectively, you will see how stupid your decision is.The taxpayers monies your NDC Attorney General is giving to Duffour,, BoG Governor etc can pay Ghanaians scholarships.Valery Sackey during the murderous PNDC era introduced the same order, but sent PNDC people out. These people are just wicked murderers.

So my people who disagree with stopping the funding of regular courses available here with government money want us to continue with that policy even it is obviously too expensive and impractical for the nation? Who pays for students and gas no condition that they return after the program? Look at the current case of 181 students from Ghana at the University of Memphis? Ask for their courses of study and how they got awarded and you will appreciate how our leaders refuse the nation's public purse!!!!

With all due respect, please do not use 'courses' as determinants of what scholarships to award. Use specialisations, especially in the postgraduate level. The candidate who needs to study with say, a scholar in Nigeria who has specialised in plane crashes in West Africa, has more need for funding than another who wants to study rocket boosters in Bristol Univ. Focus on short courses in specialisms that Ghana needs now and in the future not just 'courses'. It is not really about MScs. and PhDs.
